How to Get the Best out of our Products!

  1. What is the advantage of Wax Melts over Candles? The great thing about using wax warmers and wax melts is that you don't have to keep buying a new candle jar once you run out. You just buy the wax melts and heat them on the wax warmer you have. This way you use less glass and you save even more money since wax melts are far cheaper than a traditional candle.

  2. How many times can I Re-Use the Wax Melts? Melted wax does not evaporate; only the scent dissipates, so make sure to remove the used wax from your warmer before adding a new cube If using Happy Wax melts, 2-3 wax melts generally yield about 8 hours of fragrance. You are welcome to reuse the wax as many times as you want until the fragrance dissipates.

  3. What do I do once the Wax has Melted? How do I get it ready for re-use? Simply place your warmer in the freezer for ten to twenty minutes. The wax will become solid and shrink in this time, popping out of your wax-melter. All you need to do then is wipe the dish clean with a paper towel and you are ready to go again.

  4. Wicks and Tunelling – We use two or three wicks in containers with a larger mouth, to ensure that each wick when lit, throws enough heat to be able to, together, give the entire candle surface an even burn. However, inspite of the wicks being placed correctly, if the Candle is placed where there is a draft of Air, or is moved repeatedly when lit, or is placed on an uneven surface, then the chances of tunnelling remain. Incase the candle tunnels and goes out, we suggest you use it as a wax melt and continue to enjoy the fragrance for the entire burn time.
